NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Khoja (Pirhai) Shia Isna Asheri Jamaat Karachi will be held at Shaheed Hameed Ali Bhojani Hall, 174 Britto Road, Karachi on Sunday 18^th December 2022 at 10:30 am to transact the following business:

1. Recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
2. To read and confirm the minutes of last Annual General Meeting held on 26^th December, 2021.
3. To consider and adopt the report of Managing Committee for the year ended 30^th June 2022.
4. To consider and adopt the Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30^th June 2022 together with report of the Honorary Treasurer and External Auditor.
5. To appoint External Auditor for the accounting year ending 30^th June 2023 and fix their remuneration, if any.
6. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
7. Recitation of Dua.

NOTE:

1. As required under the Constitution, the Management has emailed the Minutes of the last AGM, Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30^th June 2022 along with Hon. Treasurer report to members whose email addresses were available with KPSIAJ.
2. Members who have not yet registered their email addresses with Jamaat are requested to do so.

Members who need a printed copy of the Annual Report are advised to collect the booklet during working hours from Jamaat Office Kharadar, Britto Road & South Office Clifton Karachi.
